1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, we’ll make sure your order gets to you. 


2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on location:

  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • UK & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur due to customs or local postal services.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package in real time.


4. What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please email us at soaringelectron@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.


5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we do. If you're not satisfied with your product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We'll provide return instructions and help resolve the issue. (A full Return Policy can be added if you need one.)


6. Are your products covered by warranty?

Many of our items come with a standard warranty. If you experience a defect or malfunction, contact us and we’ll guide you through the next steps.


7. Can I cancel or change my order?

You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processing begins, we’re unable to make changes. Please email us as soon as possible at soaringelectron@gmail.com.
